* Substantial changes to the support for persistence, in particular
  the persistent SACs are actually persistent! (which is a good
  thing).  Now, if the knowledgebase is configured with support for
  persistence (by including "<> a quaestor:PersistentModel." in the
  knowledgebase metadata), all submodels are persistent, and are
  appropriately deleted on completion.

* Various bug-fixes, none particularly user-visible.

* Now requires quaestor-lib 0.6

* Adjusted form of claim URIs (should be invisible to users, since
  these URIs are supposed to be opaque)

* Change default persistence locations, and make SACs persistent by
  default.  That is, any SAC not deleted when a server is shut down
  will be resurrected when the server is restarted.

* Changes to documentation and tests, following change in defaults in
  Quaestor 0.5.1.

* Standalone distribution is now a single .jar file, with a better
  name.

* Reworking of test cases and general robustness improvements.
